How do I return a product?

Our sales team is here to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. We will strive to do everything possible to ensure you’re comfortable with placing an order and satisfied with the products you receive.

In any case where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are eligible depending on the nature of the product. Here are our guidelines:

Customized products:

Any product that has a custom logo or design cannot be returned.

If our team had made a mistake with your personalization details, we will gladly take responsibility in this situation and issue you a full refund for your order. Please contact us within 14 days after delivery; any notification after this time period would result in the ineligibility of a return.

Blank products:

If you placed an order for blank products (no personalization), we would gladly accept all returns. Simply send back the products within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund upon receiving the item.
