We offer Standard and Priority Shipping via USPS.
At the moment, Muujee can only send out products to US and Canada addresses.
Once you place your order and send us the customization details, we will send you a mock-up of your product. After you approve the mock-up, we will produce and ship out your order within 2-3 business days with your chosen shipping method.

Standard: 2-5 business days
Priority: 2-3 business days
We accept payments via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Creating an account with us is fully optional! You can check out and place an order as a guest.
After your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

In any case where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are eligible depending on the nature of the product. Here are our guidelines:
Any product that has a custom logo or design cannot be returned.
If our team had made a mistake with your personalization details, we will gladly take responsibility in this situation and issue you a full refund for your order. Please contact us within 14 days after delivery; any notification after this time period would result in the ineligibility of a return.
If you placed an order for blank products (no personalization), we would gladly accept all returns. Simply send back the products within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund upon receiving the item.
